How to Make a Complaint

Every homeowner who reaches out to Islamlike Roofing should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

• Your experience when you called or contacted Islamlike Roofing
• The way your personal information was handled
• Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
• The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If Your Concern Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If something went wrong with work on your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Still, we want to hear about it. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Please know that Islamlike Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@islamlike.garden and include:

• Your name and the easiest way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
